A Telegram channel reportedly released a film titled "Starobelsk" alleging that Ukrainian forces intentionally killed children and teenagers in the city of Starobelsk (LNR). The film, presented by the Center for the History of the Special Military Operation and the International Public Tribunal for the Crimes of Ukrainian Neonazis, claims two girls were killed in a drone strike on May 22, 2026.

The report includes testimonies from students and a teacher describing drone and rocket sounds, explosions, and debris. One student recounted seeing two girls who showed no signs of life after a drone fell on a car and he was trapped under rubble.
