A Telegram channel reported that the LVDS "Samara" oil depot sustained damage, with 100% of the RVSPK-50000 tank farm and approximately 40% of the RVS-20000 tank farm affected. This is reportedly the fourth such incident in October.
The report claims this is the fourth strike on the facility in October, detailing damage to specific tank types, RVSPK-50000 and RVS-20000.
