A Telegram channel reported that on October 12, Russia may have used target missiles from S-400 systems during an attack on Kyiv. Military expert Serhiy Zgurets stated that launches from these systems are harder to detect via satellite systems, according to reports from Espreso and Slawa.TV.

Zgurets suggested this could be a possible reason for the air raid siren in Kyiv being announced after a ballistic missile strike.
