During protests against the continuation of a heating network construction in Teremky, Kyiv, workers from the "Municipal Guard" reportedly injured an activist's hand. Activists, including Annabella Morina and veteran Oleg Symoroz, reported the incident.

Morina wrote that women during the protest had their hands broken, were thrown down, dragged, and threatened with statements like "if it were Russia, you wouldn't even squeak." According to her, the injured parties filed a police report against the actions of the "Municipal Guard" workers.
