A cyberattack on the IT infrastructure of the ATB retail chain reportedly occurred via Git, potentially granting attackers access to internal IT systems containing user logins and passwords. According to AmonSul founder Serhiy Haryuk, citing internal sources, Russian hackers are likely behind the attack.
