A car struck a two-year-old boy on a pedestrian crossing in Omsk, the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) reported. The child was reportedly thrown several meters by the impact and has been hospitalized.
Video of the incident was shared by the official channel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Omsk region on "Maks"/TASS.
