Denmark has provided Ukraine with an aid package worth $276 million. According to Defense Minister Bruus, the decision was accelerated following an incident on September 14, when a Russian frigate twice fired signal flares towards a Danish military helicopter.

The funds are expected to be used to strengthen Ukraine's air defense. Bruus stated that the response to Russia's actions would be increased support for Ukraine.
