Donetsk Oblast authorities have expanded the mandatory evacuation of children from settlements in the Sviatohirsk, Sloviansk, and Novodonetske communities, according to regional administration head Vadym Filashkin. Some of these areas are located near the front line in the northern part of the oblast, where the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) previously announced a counteroffensive and advance.

The evacuation will be carried out together with parents or legal guardians, and residents will be moved to safer regions.
