A drone and missile strike reportedly hit the AO "75 Arsenal" (military unit No. 42708) of the Russian Ministry of Defense's Main Rocket and Artillery Directorate in Serpukhov, Moscow Oblast. Explosions occurred on the territory of the military unit.

The arsenal is involved in the production of weapons and ammunition, repair and restoration of military equipment, artillery systems, and air defense systems, including the "Buk-M1", "Buk-M2", and "S-300V" air defense systems.
