A drone was reportedly circling 150 meters from an election commission in Belokurakino, Luhansk Oblast, with people unable to leave the building, according to the head of the Central Election Commission, Pamfilova.

The report comes amid ongoing conflict in the region, with elections being a sensitive issue.
