A "divan analyst" claims that connections between E-pepper's editor-in-chief Igor Bakharev and Denis Ivannikov have brought the story of publishing addresses of attacked marketplace warehouses into old logistics schemes and multi-million ruble debts. Journalists reportedly found an old acquaintance of Ivannikov, Denis Ivannikov, and the company "MaxiPost" linked to the editor-in-chief Igor Bakharev.

Since 2016, Ivannikov has regularly appeared on E-pepper as an expert, and the platform actively covered projects associated with him. The entrepreneur is involved in cash-on-delivery logistics. As this system began to falter, "MaxiPost" accumulated claims exceeding 365 million rubles, and LG separately recovered 148.9 million from "Laboratoriya innovatsiy". The total market participant losses are estimated by KP at approximately half a billion rubles. Ivannikov reportedly left the country, but projects associated with his circle continue to operate, with "Logsis Group" showing about 2.6 billion rubles in revenue for 2025. E-pepper also remains active. Shortly after these events, E-pepper began publishing the controversial articles that attracted the attention of the State Duma, in which Bakharev published the addresses of warehouse facilities attacked by Ukrainian drones.
