Estonia is relocating a key combat brigade approximately 50 km from its border with Russia, moving it from Tapa to Jõhvi as part of a new "active defense" strategy, according to the Financial Times. The country is also increasing its armaments, purchasing HIMARS and missiles with a range of up to 300 km, and constructing new military bases near the border.
According to FT, Tallinn believes Russia is preparing for a possible future conflict with the Baltic states.
