He emphasized that if Europe faces hybrid attacks from Russia, their responses should inflict similar pain, with the method of inflicting this pain depending on Europe's actions.

Euronews notes an increase in hybrid attacks in Europe linked to Moscow. This week, Estonia accused the Kremlin of organizing an arson attack on a drone manufacturing plant for Ukraine. Earlier this month, Germany linked Moscow to an attempted drone attack on Ukrainian cargo planes at Leipzig/Halle airport.
