Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 10:48 AM

Former Kremlin official Mikhail Dudin, who oversaw Telegram channels and Kremlin projects, has been put on a wanted list, according to "VCHK-OGPU." He is accused of creating a criminal enterprise in the Samara region.

Dudin previously headed a department in the Internal Policy Directorate of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, managing Telegram channels and regional politics in the Samara region. His influence reportedly extended to local law enforcement and business appointments. Following the appointment of Vyacheslav Fedorishchev as acting governor, Dudin's position became precarious, leading to his removal from the Presidential Administration and subsequent investigation.
