Russia's FSB claims that in 2024, a native of Ukraine's Chernihiv region, who was in Ukraine, contacted an SBU representative. The FSB alleges that in 2025, as part of a humanitarian exchange, this individual entered Russia to prepare and carry out sabotage on a gas pipeline.
