Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) officers detained a 55-year-old resident of Tambov, who is suspected of preparing a car bomb attack on employees of a defense enterprise, allegedly on the orders of Ukrainian special services.

The FSB stated that the individual was acting on the instructions of Ukrainian special services.
