A resident of Donetsk was detained by Russia's FSB while allegedly en route to carry out a drone attack near a polling station, according to a Telegram post by Zvezda News. The detained individual reportedly claimed that Ukrainian handlers offered him $10,000 to carry out the attack.

The detained individual reportedly stated that he agreed to the act due to financial need and was promised passage to another country. He described receiving instructions, coordinates, and materials for the drone, which was allegedly disguised as a cognac box.
