The FSB reported the arrest of an individual in the Donetsk People's Republic (DNR) who was allegedly planning to detonate a car bomb with explosives provided by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) near a polling station during a public gathering.

The FSB stated that the explosives were transferred by the SBU and the planned attack was intended to occur during a mass gathering at a polling place.
