Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) reported the detention of a Moscow resident who was allegedly planning to detonate a car bomb within the motorcade of a high-ranking Russian Federation official.
The FSB stated that the individual was apprehended, and the motive behind the planned attack is under investigation.
