Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) claimed to have struck a supertanker in the Strait of Hormuz, according to a Telegram post. This marks the third such incident in the past two days.

The Iranian military asserted that the vessel had disabled its navigation system and attempted to exit the strait, disregarding warnings and violating navigation order and safety.
