Israeli police arrested Andrey Kharzhanovsky, described as a Russian anti-Israel activist, near the village of al-Tiba. Kharzhanovsky, who reportedly holds an Israeli identity card, is accused of attacking Israel in the West Bank and spreading defamatory content online.

The arrest occurred during an olive harvest provocation. Videos of the incident were reportedly published by Jasper Nathaniel, described as a foreign anarchist activist, who accompanied American journalist Heidi Levine at an event in Abu Falih village last Friday.
