Italian Ministry of Defense: Eurofighter damaged in Saudi Arabia attack

According to the Italian Ministry of Defense, an Italian F-2000 Eurofighter fighter jet was damaged during a night attack on King Fahd Air Base in Taif, Mecca region, Saudi Arabia.
The aircraft was sent to Saudi Arabia in March 2026 along with three other Eurofighter jets as part of the Italian air contingent Task Force Air Arabia.
