A candidate from the "Yabloko" party, Ruslan Zinatullin, reported on his personal Telegram channel that Alfred Valiev, a candidate from the "Communists of Russia," attacked him at polling station No. 254 in Kazan. According to Zinatullin, Valiev approached him, insulted him, struck him in the nose, and tore his shirt.

Employees from the local "E" center and police were present at the polling station and attempted to restrain Valiev, who resisted. Following the incident, the "Yabloko" candidate filed a report against Valiev.
