The Kremlin claimed that Ukrainian drones struck two Russian oil refineries, according to a report from Insider Paper. Ukraine has denied involvement in the alleged attacks.

The report did not specify the exact locations of the refineries or provide details on any damage. The denial from Ukraine suggests a potential information war or misattribution of the incident.
