A Telegram post reported that the number of casualties from strikes on Kyiv has risen to 43 people, and 100,000 families are without internet. Air raid sirens sounded again in the capital, with enemy drones reportedly continuing to be detected over the city. The Kyiv City Military Administration stated that one of the UAVs fell on the grounds of an educational institution in the Svyatoshinsky district.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation also reported widespread communication outages in the capital and region due to damaged networks. Local residents shared footage of the danger of remaining outside during an air raid alert.
