Around a hundred residents of the Teremky residential area in Kyiv protested outside the Kyiv City State Administration, demanding the continuation of heat pipe construction. They cited concerns about freezing temperatures in their apartments, similar to the previous winter.

The protest concluded with the start of an air raid siren, prompting attendees to seek shelter. However, a counter-protest by environmental activists against the heat pipe construction continued.
