A 20-year-old man has been arrested in Zaporizhzhia for allegedly setting fire to five cars over two days. Police and the SBU apprehended the suspect, identified as a student, after he reportedly set fire to vehicles on a parking lot in the Kosmichnyi district on September 19 and later in Pisky. The suspect is accused of damaging a Mercedes and a Renault on September 19, with the fire spreading to another nearby Renault. The following day, he allegedly damaged a Mercedes and a GAZ vehicle.

The court has ordered the suspect to be held in custody with the option to post bail, according to the prosecutor's office.
