Man hospitalized with ruptured lung after alleged assault at Ukrainian recruitment center

A man was allegedly beaten and doused with cold water at the Zvenyhorodka TCC and SP in Ukraine's Cherkasy region, resulting in a ruptured lung and hospitalization. The head of the TCC has been dismissed following the incident, according to Ombudsman Lubinets.
The incident is under investigation. The ombudsman, Lubinets, reported that the head of the TCC was dismissed after the event.
