A military analyst, Boris Rozhin, claims that Ukrainian forces (VSU) have equipped tunnels in Dobropillya to house hospitals, ammunition depots, and personnel temporary accommodation. He stated that due to the active use of FAB bombs and drones, the enemy is moving underground, utilizing basements of residential buildings and creating passages under multi-story buildings.

The analyst further stated that the enemy continues counterattacks and will delay the acknowledgment of the situation in Dobropillya for as long as possible. He added that verifying the city will take more than a week, both for evacuating civilians and identifying Ukrainian military personnel who are likely present.
