A deputy chairman of a polling station commission reportedly struck a member of the commission with the right to a decisive vote at polling station #2752 on Vernadsky Prospekt in Moscow. Colleagues of the victim reported that the woman was taking photos at the polling station when the deputy chairman approached her, struck her, and then threatened her with obscene language, demanding she stop photographing.

Colleagues of the victim called the police to the polling station, and the girl herself went to the police department to write a statement. The video was provided by SOTAvision subscribers.
