Russia's Central Election Commission (CEC) head Ella Pamfilova stated that the Moscow system for remote electronic voting (DЭГ) was under cyberattack throughout the night. She reported that the attacks are ongoing but are being successfully repelled.

Pamfilova added that all cyberattacks against the capital's electronic voting system are being successfully repelled.
