A Telegram channel reported that Moscow's authorities claimed drone attacks on the capital on the night of October 18. Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin stated that 87 drones were allegedly heading towards Moscow. He initially reported that Russian air defense destroyed 12 drones, then an additional 25, and later 14 more.

Sobyanin later claimed that an additional 36 drones were shot down after midnight. The source uses a clown emoji and refers to Russia as the "aggressor country."
