A Telegram channel reported that Moscow experienced its largest drone attack, with over 1600 drones downed since Saturday, including 450 approaching the city, according to Mayor Sergey Sobyanin. He stated that several drones reached a Moscow oil refinery, and one hit a residential building, with no fatalities reported.

In the Moscow region, drones reportedly struck three apartment buildings in Kotelniki, according to local head Mikhail Sobolev. A private house and a warehouse were also damaged.
