Police Major Viktor Vlasenko was killed on September 20, 2024, in the Donetsk region while preparing combat positions. He was wounded as a result of a mortar shelling and drone drops. Vlasenko was 56 years old.

Vlasenko was born in Hadziach, Poltava region, and served in the police, retiring as a major. During the full-scale war, he defended the homeland in the ranks of the United Assault Brigade of the National Police "Lyut". He held the position of senior inspector of the company. He was buried in Poltava.
