A politologist, partner of the government relations agency Good Politics, Maksym Dzyhun, stated that Russia may intensify attacks on Ukraine in November-December, using terror as a tool to destabilize the situation and pressure the international community ahead of major diplomatic events.

Dzyhun suggested that Putin might increase terror tactics ahead of the G20 summit to force negotiations with Moscow.
