Report: 14-year-old allegedly poisoned and strangled Ukrainian soldier on FSB orders
Police in Rivne have concluded an investigation into the murder of a 27-year-old Ukrainian Armed Forces serviceman, which authorities claim was orchestrated by Russian special services. The accused is a 14-year-old local resident who allegedly poisoned the soldier with a drug before strangling him on the orders of a Russian handler, according to the Rivne Oblast police.
According to investigators, the minor met a Russian citizen on Telegram who was acting on the instructions of an FSB officer. The man allegedly offered her money to kill the Ukrainian soldier, using methadone for poisoning. Law enforcement established that the girl had feelings for her handler, who promised to arrange her travel to Russian-controlled territory after the task was completed.
