A Telegram channel reported that artillery fire from "Severian" forces struck a building housing Ukrainian forces in Seredyna-Buda, Sumy Oblast. The target was hit with rocket artillery, resulting in the complete destruction of the building and its occupants.

The report stated that the location was identified as a temporary deployment point for enemy forces. The post included a track name, "HEALER-Rebirth", and an attributed Telegram handle, "@natoptishh".
