An attack is reportedly underway at Lukoil's Ukhta oil refinery in Russia's Komi Republic, according to an online source. The facility has an annual processing capacity of approximately 4.2 million tonnes of crude oil.

The refinery produces gasoline, diesel, fuel oil, and other petroleum products, and also supplies fuel and lubricants.
