A Russian drone strike hit an apartment building in Kharkiv this morning, according to Bohdan Hladkykh, director of the city's emergency services department. He told Suspilne that rescuers from the State Emergency Service saved 32 people from the damaged entrance.

All apartments in the damaged entrance have been affected, and debris is currently being cleared from the site.
