Reconnaissance drones reportedly observed Russian occupation forces moving civilians out of the area, with nine individuals including children, the elderly, and one person on crutches seen. The report suggests that men of conscription age in civilian clothes accompanying them are likely Russian soldiers attempting to escape.

The report from "Khartia" also stated that they are conducting counter-offensive actions while Russian forces are retreating and allegedly hiding behind civilians. The presence of men in civilian clothes is interpreted as Russian military personnel attempting to evade attacks.
