Sunday, September 20, 2026 at 11:02 AM

In the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye district of Moscow, Rosgvardia and police reportedly prevented voters from entering polling station No. 2720, according to eyewitnesses cited by SOTAvision. A queue of over 20 people formed, and the polling station was closed for a "technical break."

Eyewitnesses reported that when people asked for conditions to wait, they were provided with only two benches. Meanwhile, reports emerged in Moscow of widespread denial of paper ballots due to system failures.
