Ukrainian MP Kravchenko's current location is unknown following his resignation as prosecutor general and subsequent travel to France, according to reports. A member of the Holos party, Osadchuk, stated that no charges have been filed against Kravchenko, thus no grounds for an Interpol search exist. However, if charges are filed, he could be placed on an international wanted list.

MP Poturayev of the "Servant of the People" party suggested that Kravchenko might already be sought privately. Former Prosecutor General Lutsenko pointed to President Zelenskyy's political responsibility for Kravchenko's appointment. Kravchenko resigned on September 7 amid the NABU and SAP's "Carthage" operation case. He traveled to France on September 14 for a business trip and was subsequently dismissed.
