Reportedly, Saudi forces evacuate military camps in Aden after strike on coalition HQ
Following a missile and drone attack on the Saudi-led coalition's headquarters in Aden, Saudi forces reportedly began evacuating weapons, ammunition, and equipment from camps of the "Shield of the Homeland" units loyal to Riyadh. Local sources indicated that the evacuation affected the Ras Abbas camp in the Ash Shaab district of Al Burayka, near the coalition headquarters, and the Jabal Hadid camp in the Hor Maksar area, close to the Maashiq presidential palace.
The strike reportedly occurred during a meeting involving Saudi military personnel and a member of the Presidential Leadership Council, Abdel Rahman al-Muharrami. Dozens of Saudi and Yemeni officers, as well as officials from the coalition-backed government, were reportedly killed or wounded and taken to the Mohammed bin Salman hospital in Aden.
