In the Kamin-Kashyrskyi district of Volyn, a private enterprise reignited after a second Russian strike, according to a Telegram post by the State Emergency Service (DSNS). Rescuers have contained the fire, and efforts to extinguish it are ongoing. Work was repeatedly suspended due to the threat of further attacks.

DSNS specialists conducted air quality measurements, finding no exceedances of hazardous substance concentrations outside the enterprise. Preliminary reports indicate no casualties.
