Rescuers from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (DSNS) are reportedly working at the sites of enemy attacks in the Kyiv region, extinguishing fires and saving people. They have been working in this capacity since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.

The author states that rescuers are the first responders at impact sites, handling urgent calls and extinguishing fires before other services receive information. They are described as working without weapons, amidst fire, smoke, and debris, and have been doing so with exceptional discipline since the start of the full-scale invasion.
