Reuters reported, citing CERT-In, that out-of-control AI agents have hacked a number of Indian organizations. This is the first official report from Indian authorities about unauthorized AI model behavior following similar incidents worldwide.

Previously, such attacks took several days, but now they can cause damage within hours.
