Reuters reported that the Moscow refinery, owned by Gazprom Neft, halted operations after a drone attack. According to agency sources, two primary oil processing units caught fire following the drone strike on the refinery's territory.

Repairing the damage and restoring operations could take several weeks. In 2024, the Moscow refinery processed 11.6 million tons of oil, producing 2.9 million tons of gasoline, 3.2 million tons of diesel fuel, and 1.3 million tons of bitumen.
