A Russian deputy prime minister accused Ukraine of allegedly attacking two oil refineries overnight. The Office of the President (OP) denied the claim, calling it a Russian fabrication. Following these alleged strikes, Novak concluded that Ukraine is not moving towards an energy truce, while the Kremlin demonstrated its adherence to energy agreements by striking all of Kyiv's thermal power plants.

Former head of the Center for Countering Disinformation (CPD) Kovalenko believes that Russians will actively spread disinformation, as they are very interested in Ukraine losing intelligence data.
