Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak claimed that Ukrainian drones attacked oil refineries in the Saratov and Ryazan regions. Kyiv has called this version a fake, with Ukrainian presidential advisor Dmitry Litvin stating that the refineries were not targeted, but rather a data center and other objects.

The governor of Saratov Oblast reported damage to several residential buildings but did not mention an attack on the refinery. The governor of Ryazan Oblast stated that all drones were shot down and there were no damages.
