Dmitry Morozov, an activist from Izhevsk, is suspected of illegal drug trafficking. He was reportedly detained by FSB officers, and his girlfriend, Daria Bagina, stated that drugs were allegedly found in his locker. Bagina claims she does not believe the drugs belonged to Morozov.

Morozov was reportedly detained on October 2nd. The following day, law enforcement searched his family's home, seizing his computer. His father claimed Morozov had scratches on his face and swollen hands, possibly from handcuffs. Information about Morozov's whereabouts was unavailable for over 24 hours, and lawyers were denied access.
